Cost
Each program is offered on a per-play basis.
- Base package: 100 plays for $425 (minimum purchase)
- More than 100 plays are only $3.00 per play if purchased with the base package.
What is a play?
Beginning a program on a PC/Macintosh opens a three-hour viewing period which counts as one play. All programs can be completed in two hours or less.
License Term
Each license starts with a one year term. Purchasing additional plays extends the term for another year and any unused plays are extended as well. Otherwise, after one year, the term is ended and unused plays are lost. The license is terminated when all purchased plays are exhausted.
Special Bonus Package - Three Year Term
Any single purchase of at least 350 plays (base price $1,172.50) extends the term to three years.

One can obtain UNLIMITED access (unlimited number of students) for a three year term (with some restrictions) for the low price of $3,125 per title. You download the video to play on your network, local PCs or LMS. Scorm 1.2 version is available for your LMS. What is not available? streaming from the ArcLearn website or using the ArcLearn LMS.

Once one picks any course and the course is used, the course is included in the bundle for the duration of the term. If one picks a course, it can be changed to another course before it is actually used. And, one can add courses to the bundle at any time after the bundle is purchased; the additions do not need to be done all at once. All additions are done on the ArcLearn website by the end user organization’s administrator.

In all of the packs, you can swap your current titles with other titles as often as every month. If you select a 5 pack, you pick a maximum of 5 titles this month. Next month, you swap out the ones that you no longer need with fresh, new titles. Do this as often as monthly.
Purchase a 5 pack and you can get as many as 60 different titles over the course of one year! Buying DVD, this would cost you as much as $50,000 or more! An ArcLearn 5 Pack is only $1,923!!
Access Licenses
This is a good choice for an on-going need for the course. License terms are one and three years. This license allows for ALL ArcLearn features including streaming, downloading, eLearning, etc.
One Week Rentals
This is your best choice for a short term need, such as a meeting or training session. If you might need to rent a single title two or more times a year, an Access License is your best bet.
Local Play Only Licenses
This UNLIMITED play license is created for the large company that will be using the course on a company LMS or Intranet. You download the video or Scorm course to play or stream it yourself. It is much more cost effective if you have many students, but also has limitations.
Bundles
Bundles are groups of courses with better pricing than individual courses. Bundles range from 5 to 25 courses; you choose the specific courses at your own pace. Courses do not need to be selected all at one time. And you can share plays across all of your courses.
License Packs
A license pack is a bundle, with a twist. You can mix/match titles in your license every month! Remove the ones you no longer want and replace with a new title. And, keep on changing every month as your needs change.

If used for single person viewing or for a classroom setting, one play is sufficient for a three hour session. For a morning and an afternoon session, two plays are necessary.
For delivering courses to the desktop, one play per student is sufficient if the course is taken all at once. Multiple plays are needed if the course is started, but not completed until later. Generally, one to three plays per student is more than enough.

Your best economical option is to purchase enough plays up-front at one time. However, if you need to purchase more plays later, you can. Your price is based on the number of purchased plays using the tiers schedule; that is, 100 plays are $425, 350 plays are $1,175, etc.
However, if you do purchase more plays, the new plays and any unused plays will extend the term based on the longest license term purchased. For example:
- Having purchased 100 plays for a one year term, today one can purchase more plays and extend any unused plays to the end of the new term.
- Having purchased 350 plays for a three year term, today one can purchase another 100 plays; the new plays will be extended to the end of the three year term (if more than one year is remaining.

We recommend downloading a media file if the presentation will use a projection or large screen monitor. Media files have higher bit rates for such presentations, although streaming over the Internet might also be acceptable.
Cost per title is $425 for one year or 100 plays. 100 plays is usually sufficient for one year's usage when used for classroom training. If long term use is desired, purchase a 350 play license with a three year term; it is more economical in the long run.

Using either the full video or using multiple video chapters in a three hour period of time only requires one play. However, if multiple courses/videos are used, then multiple plays are necessary.
